RETURNS

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Returns are accepted only if you received the wrong color or size, or if the item arrived damaged.

To start a return, email orders@lagoonroommerch.com. Please don’t send anything back until your return is approved. Items sent without prior approval won’t be accepted. If approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and shipping instructions.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at orders@lagoonroommerch.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges at this time, since stock moves fast and sizes sell out quickly. If you’d like a different size or style, just place a new order.
